Infected with Win Fixer, HijackThis.log

Hi guys, I've recently been infected with the adware associated with win fixer and have been obviously getting a whole lot of annoying pop ups and I think it has to do with me being unable to send emails via hotmail.

Can it be removed without having to do it manually, unregistering DLLs etc?
