ip conflitct in my lan network

i have got ip conflitct in my network
my network LAN have 40 workstation and 1 2003 server
all workstation are winxps

i recevice "IP address conflict with another system on network" massage
what i do this received ?
please help me now

after this massage my 2003 server is no service of internet

I think (although I don't 'know') that two computers on your network are setup to use the same IP address. Do you have static IP addressing?
